The course is designed to provide delegates with a unique opportunity to refresh and expand their knowledge of PDT whilst also exploring and discussing management of NMSC. Delegates will hear about the latest research and techniques, discover innovative approaches to delivering Daylight PDT, and assess the evidence supporting PDT for a variety of skin conditions. The event will also examine the use of PDT in conjunction with other treatments and procedures.

How do I register?

What if I have missed the chance to register for this course?

There is a maximum 80 spaces, but a reserve list is set up as the course is often oversubscribed. If you have missed out please email booking@bdeg.co.uk to be placed on the reserve list.

 

Can I transfer my registration to another person? 

Yes, please email booking@bdeg.co.uk

 

How do I know I have registered and will I get an invoice?

You will be sent confirmation upon booking and an invoice will be supplied. Any problems, please email booking@bdeg.co.uk

 

Can I cancel my booking? 

Delegates may cancel their registration in accordance with the following conditions:

Any cancellation request must  be submitted online to booking@bdeg.co.uk

You can cancel up to 30 days before the first day of the event to receive a refund of 80% of the event fees (the remaining 20% of those fees being retained as a processing fee).

Less than 30 days and up to 15 days before the first day of the event to receive a refund of 50% of the event fees (the remaining 50% of those fees being retained by way of a processing and cancellation fee).

Organisers regret that cancellations cannot be accepted less than 15 days before the first day of the event. No refunds for cancellations less than 15 days before the first day of the event.

My payment has been declined, what should I do?

Please make sure your name and the billing details are all filled in in English. Avoid using non-English letters and try again. You may also need to check with your bank to confirm there is no payment limit on your card or/and no international payment security block. Am I allowed to take photographs?

No, we would prefer the educational content of the course remains within the teaching session, however we are happy to share pdf versions of much of the course material to attending delegates.

 

What if I have any specific needs?

If you have any specific needs (dietary, accessibility etc) please get in touch via booking@bdeg.co.uk and we will do our very best to accommodate these.

How can I request an invitation letter for my visa application? 

We do not process visa applications for course attendees. However, you can download your invitation letter from our website to support your visa application. To obtain the invitation letter, it is mandatory to be registered for the event. You can also request the letter by emailing booking@bdeg.co.uk

Note: we advise to submit your visa application at least eight weeks prior to the event.

 

What if my visa application is declined? 

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted if your visa application is unsuccessful.

The official language of the conference is English.
